The Big Barge Art Centre is a vibrant arts space dedicated to bringing arts, culture and creativity to this remote island outpost. The unique barge art gallery showcases a collection of original local artworks for sale, including paintings, photo canvases, textiles, carvings and jewellery. If you feel like being creative, workshops and art courses are run from the inspiring working artists' studio all year round. The Big Barge Art Centre is now also available as a venue for hire. With stunning views out to the Indian Ocean and surrounded by a lush coconut grove, this space is the perfect setting for festivals, live music, weddings or private functions.
